Agri-Tech Commercialization

The Agri-Tech Commercialization Centre will expand opportunities for new agri-based products in Ontario by accelerating the commercialization process and attracting investment.

Farm Innovation Program

The Farm Innovation Program supports the development and adoption of innovative on-farm technologies that can increase the ability of producers to respond to changing demands and opportunities and improve on-farm profitability.

Innovation Forums and Symposiums

Innovation Forums are opportunities for decision makers to discuss specific challenges or opportunities in a sector.

Innovation Symposiums attract private sector investment to agri-based enterprises to support the commercialization of innovative products.

Science Clusters

Science Clusters are industry-led, applied science and technology research centres. In Ontario, the Vineland Research and Innovation Centre is a focal point for excellence in research and commercialization for the horticulture sector.

 

Growing Forward is a commitment by Canada's federal, provincial and territorial governments to support the development of a profitable, innovative agri-food sector that is adept at managing risk and responsive to market demands.
