  • best practices in Sanitation, Pest Control and Preventative Maintenance, and
  • creating a Recall plan.

Advantage HACCP Book CoverBook 3 - Advantage HACCP will help move from GMP to HACCP (Hazardous Analysis Critical Control Point), the next step in your food safety program.
Learn about:

  • how to write a HACCP plan
  • how to identify and control your critical control points, and
  • helpful examples for completing HACCP forms.

Training Resources

  • Advantage Good Manufacturing Practices DVD:
    Personnel Practices. This DVD is a great tool for training plant employees. It is available in eight languages including English, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.

The Advantage HACCP forms (as shown in the Advantage HACCP Manual) are available in Word files. You can type within the forms and save the files.
