Personal information may be collected directly or indirectly by or on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs under the authority of section 13 of the Animal Health Act, 2009, S.O. 2009, c. 31 ('the Act'). If collected, the personal information will be used and disclosed for the protection of animal health, human health or both as permitted by or under the Act.
