Queen and Nuc Permit - Sales Report Form
Section 23 of the Bees Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter B.6 and Sections 3(2) and 4 (1) of Regulation 57 under act sets out that every person who sells bees shall keep records of each sale and provide returns to the Provincial Apiarist, in writing, stating the name and address of the buyer, the quantities of bees or package bees sold and the date of shipment of each quantity. Please note that future permits will not be issued until this report has been received by the Provincial Apiarist. All bees sold by the individual, corporation, or firm listed on this form must be owned by or in the legal possession of said beekeeper. Business information on this form is collected under the authority of the Bees Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter B.6 and Regulation 57, R.R.O. 1990 under the Bees Act. Queen and Nuc permit holders are required to document all honey bee sales throughout the current beekeeping season using the Queen and Nuc producer sales report form. Permit holders must complete and submit the Queen and Nuc producer sales report form to the Provincial Apiarist by November 15th of the current year. Please notify the Provincial Apiarist if no sales were made throughout the year.
