The Dairy Goat Digest

The Dairy Goat Digest is a newsletter published by the Dairy Food Safety Program, Food Inspection Branch of the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (OMAFRA). This newsletter provides information and updates, including emerging milk quality issues, to dairy goat milk producers, transporters and marketers regarding the provincial Raw Goat Milk Quality Program.
