Broker's Certificate Exam

Broker's Certificate ExamThis exam qualifies successful candidates for the Broker's Certificate. The Broker's Certificate is required by businesses who receive, and transport, store or land apply prescribed materials for operations phased-in to the NMA. It is open to anyone who has completed the one-day Broker's Certificate course. A fee of $150 will be charged for writing the exam. LocationsVinelandTo RegisterTo register for the exam, please call the Nutrient Management Information Line at 1-866-242-4460. Reference and resource materials will be provided at the exam. Copies of the Nutrient Management Act, Regulation and Protocols will be provided. A passing grade on the exam is 70%. If an exam participant does not achieve a passing grade, they will not be granted a certificate. Should a Broker's Certificate candidate write the exam three times without achieving a passing grade, the candidate will have to re-take the course. For more information: |
